Our room, although not with a King-size bed as requested, was clean and pleasant with nice amenities. The service was super nice and accommodating, but lacked awareness of restaurant timings. The location was wonderful with a nice view, but some areas felt forgotten and in need of renewal. The dining experience was diverse and enjoyable. Overall, a perfect location with friendly staff and good dining options.
The hotel feels like a typical summer apartment lodging with clean but dated rooms. Although we had to wait a bit for the bellboy, the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. The furniture seemed old and broken with some cleanliness issues, but the friendly service made up for it. The location offers a wonderful view of nature and marine life, although some areas need renovation. The dining experience was diverse and provided nutritious meals, while the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was perfectly clean, and the reception was good and clean. However, there was no King size bed as I requested, only 2 single beds next to each other.
The hotel feels like a typical summer apartment lodging with rooms that could do with a bit of renovation. While the location offers a wonderful 7-star experience with nature and sea views, some areas are neglected. The dining experience is varied, with some nutritious options, but the facilities leave much to be desired. The value for money may not be the best currently.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a nice sea view. The support from Mr Essam Khairy and Mr Mohamed Adel was greatly appreciated. However, the early morning disturbance from shouting in the corridors was a downside.
